I note with worry that kk has decided to slot the ppl who have ASA as a vocation into the very last line of his paragraph.
This is wrong.
Topmost every paragraph should always be the thesis statement and therein lies the most important crux of the entire paragraph. The vocation of ASA is by far the most congruent to life. The reason is awfully glaring - this particular vocation allows you to stay in touch with words. And other than those who are planning to sign their lives away to the armie, words are important in REAL life. Whilst words are needed in the armie as well, those words are different. Those words are cute, and remain cute till the patterns atop your shoulder blades become complicated enough.
and till then, REAL life words are extremely important to the normal living human being who would leave the armie after 2 or LESS years. and so, given that we are the closest to normal life that one can get in the armie, i be careful what you would say about ASAs.
in the event you suddenly disappear from the face of this earth...
i believe you know what happened.
I must say that its highly interesting to see how the distribution of ppl in the class went. As of now mong is in mint deaf, and mh in DTT. Some in ocs, some in sispec, some in airforce, some awaiting enlistment.
We have people everywhere :)
But before some black bars bully the cprs, let us just acknowledge a universally accepted statement:
The pen is mightier than the sword.
