yea well yesterday was the cny celebrations in sch.. this post is for the record and nothing new i guess since everyone is supposed to (but nt always true =P) be there.. this blog post was digitally remastered from by post on my blog. =)
YAY!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO APOLLO - 2-time FAC DANCE CHAMPS!!! (tho this time Ares managed to tie with us quite deservingly) Athena and Artemis were owned by our dance moves, our energy and our fac spirit!!! muahahaha Apollo Rox!!
hmmm yest was the cny celebrations for hci.. combined assembly with chi high, we went back for cny celebrations. first up was performances by lion dance, wushu, co, band (BAND?? i thought its a western orchestra..) and chinese dance.. there was also this lame competition for the best rendition of 5566's Hao Jiu Bu Jian (which i feel is a totally stupid song.. dunno why ppl like it..) yupz after tt was the street market!! j1s set up shop for a chance to earn some money for the cls fund (nt to mention jts lol).. the usual fare was there.. fried food of all sorts.. frozen strawberries.. blah blah blah.. couldnt eat anything frm the street market cos im still quite sick after the fever yest nite.. >.< had to turn down the jrs requests to buy their chocolate coated fruits.. haiz sry jrs! nt bad actually the jr cls's profits.. $60 plus.. more than what we earned last yr.. could have done better if they chose a more unique idea or had settled all their preparations faster. ok then after tt was the mass dance session and the fac dance comp!! yay mass dance sessions rawk! hmmm for the fac dance comp i felt tt artemis and athena's fac dances were a bit nt cool. ares' fac dance was the coolest in my opinion.. but apollo matched up with its unbeatable fac spirit! well ultimately all the factors balanced out i guess.. with Ares and Apollo being named as co-champs (to the utter disappointment of both facs) well to the cries of "Encore! Encore!" Apollo and Ares danced their respective fac dances again.. woo hoo feeling kinda hyper after all that dance. =)
