Re: HWA CHONG INSTITUTION YEARBOOK 2005
Dear Students:
The Hwa Chong Institution Yearbook 2005 will be published at the end of this year. 2005 marks the watershed merger between Hwa Chong Junior College and The Chinese High School to form Hwa Chong Institution. This year's Yearbook marks the inaugural edition produced jointly by HCI since the merger. It is the collective effort of the institution, chronicling both the achievements and school life of both the College and the High School section.
The Yearbook 2005 will be a hard cover book, saddle-stitched, with 200-pages worth of memories of college life, many in colour. The school will subsidize a portion of the cost that will go towards putting the yearbook together.
Hence, students will only need to bear part of the cost of S$9 each. Students are to make payment of S$9 each to your CT rep.
CT reps are to collect the money and submit the money together with the class list to the General Office, to Madam Melissa Ho. CT reps can make this submission from Monday 15 August till Thursday 18 August, 12 noon.
