phew jus returned home after da tuan bai.. cooling off b4 bathing and goin to slp.. alrights this yr's edition comes back with a much bigger BANG with the jr cls joining us as well for da tuan bai.. well this yr only featured 3 stops, zi yang's, mine and jessica's hse, in tt order.
9 am. bedok mrt. everyone (shant bother to name everyone or else i'll suffocate trying to read out their names in one breath) gathers there except for me who waited for everyone at the bus stop outside zi yang's hse (hdb compound i mean) well was later joined by zi yang who had to wait for everyone to come down frm bedok mrt to bring everyone in. tight security apparently. yupz well zi yang's hse didnt change frm last yr so nothing much to say there. ok basically there were 3 grps. one was the blackjackers who crowded the hall to gamble. 2nd was the non-gamblers who played cards. lastly was the ps2 nuts who duelled each other for top spot in dead or alive 2 and star wars revenge of the sith. was thrashed in dead or alive cos i was a noob (rather, more noob than others :S) but held some pride in star wars, managing to win most of my matches. min hao was quite gd at dead or alive.well camped there for most of the time till 12 pm.
at 12 pm we took bus 22 to amk central. was joined at first by abel and clara and later by nana, kezia and david. in between we went to da pao some lunch so as nt to keep carolyn (who was waiting at the playground near my hse) waiting for too long. yupz after tt was over to my hse for another round of blackjack, cards and food. only observed them playing cos i dun gamble, and i dunno how to play bridge (looks and sounds complicated :S) in between played some songs on my electone like Axel F (ding ding =) ) and the anime GTO's theme Driver's High. Totally sucked at Driver's High tho (siao 178 beats per min leh..) okok then its off to jessica's hse at 3 pm.
Eh actually supposed to go abel's hse but apparently nt enuf time so oh well. wanted to see more new hses but too bad i guess. abel had to get the sandwiches he made frm home to jessica's hse. oh jessica's hse is huge! (ok by my standards..) i think my hse was the smallest of the three today.. kinda squeezy as everyone had to squeeze into my dining hall and hall. haha at least creates a more close bonding b/w ppl. =) anyway, jessica's hse is a 3 storey terrace hse with 3 (yes 3) mahjong tables. haha so there were 3 mahjong games goin on simultaneous all the time, tho one of which is b/w jessica's elders. ok then there is the xbox gang (again lol) who simply got frustrated over the no. of gd games she has tt for some weird reason cannt be played. =( then there is oso the non-gamblers gangs as usual. as for the xbox gang, we kept hopping frm game to game, metal slug, halo 2, a brief moment of dragonball, i think tts abt it. halo 2 was the only game slightly worth playing so it was played most of the time. for those who dunno, its a fps like cs, jus tt u play it on the console. ok at first was a total noob and got thrashed by hh and joseph. but slowly got the hang of it can managed to beat everyone except for joseph who is quite experienced in the game. haha my most interesting kill was sneaking up on hh and whacking the back of his head with the butt of my rifle. instant death. hehe he didnt noe what happened until it was too late.
yupz left jessica's at 8.30 plus. well was kinda stoned today.. feeling like a couch potato after staring at tv screen for so long.. oh well sch's back so shall slp early. cya!
